Built
different.

A girls basketball program for athletes becoming who they are meant to be — on the court, in the classroom, and everywhere after.

The program

More than
a jersey.

We are here to give girls a place to compete fiercely, grow fully, and belong completely.

Cody GBB is the girls basketball program at Cody High School in Detroit, Michigan, led by Coach Orlando Watkins. Our standard is simple: develop the athlete and the person with equal intention.

Why Cody?

The
difference
is felt.

A clear standard. A connected team. A daily decision to get better.

Built in the dark

The lights come on
after the work is done.

The early mornings. The extra reps. The uncomfortable conversations. This is where our game — and our identity — gets built.
